The True Incarnatus is an existence above an Incarnatus, achievable only by Nazca. The True Incarnatus is able to retain its humanity and is the only being able to use unlimited genes, meaning that it can single-handedly wield the power of the planet itself.
Using the power of Marble Blue provided by Elroux, the True Incarnatus was able to defeat the Entity.
