Incarnatus

Incarnatus are mutated humans resulting from too much use of genes. That's why licenses for being an Explorer is being established to ensure that ones capability of using genes without mutating immediately. One of the prominent examples of this is Axiom, Mariv, and Nazca (The True Incarnatus)
